Dr. Bernardine Osarr Otonko is a renowned Medical Doctor with over 9 years Post training practicing experience. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Calabar in Cross River State where she trained to become a Medical Doctor. She currently works as a Senior Medical Officer at the National Defence College Clinic Abuja
She has worked as a Medical Officer in various medical institutions including Federal Ministry of Lands, Housing/Works Clinic-Abuja, Federal Medical Centre-Keffi, Power Oil Health Outreach coordinators -Abuja, University of Port-harcourt Teaching Hospital and many more.
She is certified in the following Medical and Non Medical fields such as: Advance Trauma Life Support, Basic life support, Family Planning and HIV Service Integration, Project Management and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Bernardine Osarr Otonko co-ordinates all the Medical Outreaches of Mcrayvictus Foundation where she renders outstanding medical / humanitarian services. Her support and compassionate contributions to this foundation is in no way limited.
Her leadership prowess is drawn from years of experiences right from the university as seen with her active involvment in medical association matters both in school and the state level respectively.
Her passion for the less privileged is unquantifiable.
Mrs. Jenifer Omale
Project Director
A Project Director at Mcray Victus Foundation, Jennifer is very involved with the development across Nigeria. Also as a Senior Program Manager in a non-profit organization in Abuja, she has over ten years of experience in charitable works, she also has vast knowledge in fund raising, proposal and budget processing for NGO programs. Jennifer has almost a decade of works focused around building contacts and partnering with several international organisations, including the British Council, MTN Foundation, Australian High Commission, etc. Her passion for the less privileged has taken her across the length and breadth of Nigeria. Visiting troubled regions under the umbrella of various charitable organisations. She spends most of her weekends in shelter homes, camps and broken communities helping the needy.
Mr. Gabriel Unaji

Mr. Gabriel Achadu Unaji is a BS.c holder in Sociology from Benue state university. As a trained Sociologist and expert in organizational structure and human relation, he has been passionate about creating positive impact in the society, thus he engaged in several charity functions for over 7years. He worked with several civil society organization from his remote community to ameliorate the heightened case of out of school children. Over the years, he has engaged in human capacity development which he always posit it's the part way for sustainable growth in any society.
His work with Mcray as media strategist has overtime built his expertise which he deploys in the field to network and promote these organization for optimal function and sustainable growth. He promotes and protects the image of every work he is involved alongside strategizing and evaluating every content being release to the public space as regards these companies.
